Melanin already does the hard work in nature: shielding from UV and radiation, scavenging free radicals, conducting charge, holding pigment. We make that one material pure, consistent, and ours. The result is a single proprietary platform that powers products most companies would need a different chemistry for.
We produce eumelanin to 99.22% purity by LCMS, batch after batch, at lot-level consistency. That consistency is what lets us build real products on top of it, not a variable extract we'd have to engineer around.
The same platform powers coatings, optics, skincare, and a Parkinson's program. Six product lines, one technology, one body of IP, so every new program compounds on the last instead of starting from zero.

In orbit, BioMelanin's radiation-shielding properties protect optical lenses from degradation where replacement is impossible. A defensible product for space hardware, in a space radiation-shielding market projected to reach $4.8 B by 2034 (14% CAGR).
