What we collect
We keep this short. There are two categories of data, and Google Analytics 4 is the only analytics or tracking tool on the site.
Information you share
When you email us at info@crudolabs.com, we receive your name, your email address, any organization or role you mention, and the contents of your message and any attachments.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. It records anonymous usage data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information. Google Analytics is the only tracking or analytics tool we run on crudolabs.com.
How we use it
We use the data we collect for three things, in plain language:
- To reply to inquiries you send us by email and follow up on whatever you asked about.
- To understand which content on the site is useful and which pages people actually read.
- To improve the site, fix problems, and decide what to publish next.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Cookies

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers.
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) as a sub-processor to collect and process the analytics data described above. Any other sub-processors we add in the future will be listed here.

Governing regime and retention
Strelux Corp. (trading as Crudo Labs) is incorporated in Delaware, United States. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies for visitors from the EU and EEA; applicable US state privacy laws (for example, the California Privacy Rights Act for California residents) apply where relevant. Email inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Google Analytics user-level data is retained for 14 months from the last user activity, after which Google deletes it automatically; aggregated reports are retained indefinitely.
